Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy describes how we ship orders placed at meeracapsule.ca. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Where we ship
Meera Capsule ships to every province and territory in Canada.
Orders to the United States are paused for now, and we do not currently ship to other international destinations. If you'd like to hear when that changes, please join our newsletter.
Order processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of receipt, Monday through Friday (excluding Canadian statutory holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. ET will typically be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Pre-order items will ship by the date noted on the product page. If your order combines pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order ships together when the pre-order item is ready, unless you contact us to request separate shipments (additional shipping charges may apply).
Complimentary shipping in Canada
Standard shipping is complimentary on every Canadian order, in every province and territory, with no minimum order value. It is applied automatically at checkout — no code required. Express delivery is available at checkout for an additional charge.

Carriers we use for Canadian shipments include UPS, Canada Post, and Purolator. The carrier assigned to a given order is selected based on destination, weight, and service level.
Estimated transit times
Transit times are estimates only and begin after your order has been picked up by the carrier. Transit times are calculated in business days and exclude weekends and holidays.
- Greater Toronto Area: 1–2 business days (Express) or 3–5 (Standard)
- Rest of Ontario and Quebec: 1–2 business days (Express) or 3–7 (Standard)
- Rest of Canada: 1–2 business days (Express) or 3–9 (Standard)
Delays may occur due to weather, high carrier volume, or events outside our reasonable control. Meera Capsule is not responsible for carrier delays once a parcel has left our studio.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking information sent to your order email when the parcel ships. You can track your shipment using the carrier's tracking page (UPS, Canada Post, or Purolator, depending on the carrier assigned).
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. Customers are responsible for any re-shipping costs incurred to resend the parcel. If you choose not to have the parcel re-sent, we will refund the order total minus any shipping costs paid.
Lost, stolen, or damaged shipments
Once a parcel has been confirmed delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Check with neighbours, building management, or other household members.
- Contact the carrier directly with the tracking number.
- If after 3 business days the package still cannot be located, email team@meeracapsule.com and we will assist you with a carrier claim.

Pickup or in-person collection
We do not currently offer in-store pickup or in-person order collection. All orders are shipped via the carriers listed above.
